The Monash Engineering Students' Society proudly presents the Careers Guide for 2024. For the past 15 years, MESS has created an invaluable industry resource to assist and guide our past, current and future students in their careers. The 2024 MESS Careers Guide is no exception and we are excited to provide you with a Guide that hosts such a comprehensive collection of information and organisations.

MESS have developed strong partnerships with a variety of companies in the industry over the past decade. These connections range across all fields of engineering as well as broader areas that engineering students may be interested in looking into for their careers. These connections and partnerships, all featured in the Careers Guide, ensure you have the knowledge and skills you need to follow your passion when finding where you fit in the workplace and industry.

The Careers Guide marks the beginning to our 2024 Industry Program. The Industry Program provides a broad collection of resources and opportunities for both sponsors and students. This includes a range of events such as formal and informal networking evenings, industry visits, seminars and honest advice from students that have been in your position.

Don’t be shy and get involved! As students ourselves, we understand how daunting delving into the professional, corporate world can be. However, university is as much about developing relationships as it is about your studies. Through our industry resources and events, we try to help make it as easy as possible for you to transition into a professional working career and set up a solid foundation for yourselves as you move through university and into the industry.
